Alternating current testing system

By using an alternating current testing system with upstream one-phase regulator (“Thoma type”) it is possible to adjust a transformer output voltage continuously.

Therefore the system can be used for testing procedures of MO resistors.

  • U = 0…10 kV
  • S = 450 kVA or 750 kVA for 2 s
  • î = 400 A
  • Duration: 1…2 s
  • Time gap: 10 min
