Climatic chamber
Climatic chamber WEISS WK340 for climatic simulation with the following features::
- Temperature range: -40 °C…180 °C
- relative humidity: 10 %…98 %
- max. heating-/cooling rate: 4 K/min
- chamber dimensions: H x W x D = 750 x 580 x 450 mm
- Max. load per slot: 50 kg
The climatic chamber has several bushings for additional sensors and one high voltage bushing for voltages up to 30 kV.
Heating chambers
The high-voltage laboratories owns more then ten heating chambers of the type FED115 from BINDER with the following features:
- Temperature range: room temp. +5 °C…300 °C
- max. load per slot: 30 kg
- chamber volume: 116 l
Several heating chambers provide a high voltage bushing for voltages up to 30 kV.
Vacuum drying chamber
For drying various samples, e.g. powder samples or paints, a Thermo Scientific VT 6060 M and Goldbrunn 1450 Vacuum Dryer vacuum drying chamber is available with the following specifications:
- Temperature range: room temp. +5 °C…200 °C
- chamber volume: 53 l
- chamber dimensions: W x H x D: 415 x 345 x 371 mm
- Final total pressure: < 10 mbar
The vacuum drying chamber has additional high voltage bushings for voltages up to 30 kV and offers the possibility to flood the chamber with another gas.
Vacuum mixer
For production of insulating composites from epoxy resin and silicone rubber a Speedmixer DAC 600.2 VAC from Hauschild GmbH & co.KG is available.
- Speed: 800 – 2350 rpm
- Mixing capacity: up to 600 g
- Mixing time: 1 – 600 s
- Final total pressure: < 10 mbar
The vacuum mixer offers to flood the mixing chamber with another gas.
